Summer break is around the corner and I cannot wait to start it. As a teacher there are times where we don’t even schedule anything to do. This year I’m trying to change my mindset and create new summer hobbies. This year I decided to create a schedule for myself so I don’t sleep in all day. Everyone who knows me, knows I will sleep in all day…

  • Exercise 45 minutes to 1 hour daily
  • Read three books, one for each month
  • Go out to eat, breakfast, lunch or dinner four times a week! Choose healthy options.
  • Spend time with your family!
  • Find one new place to go to at least once a week.
